Frisky Business is a visual novel with an intentionally cheesy story in which you play as a detective hunting down a killer clown.
Stephen King’s It remake may be on its way to scare the hell out of everyone who is deathly afraid of creepy clowns (which is to say, everyone), but it the meantime, you might want to check out this lighthearted take on the killer clown theme. In adult visual novel Frisky Business, you take on the role of Mr. Falco Frisk, a private detective of Frisk Investigative Solutions. Your very first case is a doozy. There’s a psychotic clown preying on hot college girls and you need to stop him. You might even find love along the way.
It seems that Frisky Business even has some light adventure elements as you’ll have to “collect clues” in order to “unravel the mystery of who is behind the creepy clown make-up”. But the girls are obviously the priority here. Frisk teams up with three college roommates – Jenny, Lucy, and Balbina. They need his help, and he is more than happy to oblige.
According to the trailer and screenshots, Frisky Business sports a deliberately cheesy story of killer clowns and hot babes. You can expect plenty of big boobs and attractive women in revealing outfits. Some of the writing and dialogue options seem to be genuinely funny in a sexually crass sort of way. The art is nice and stands out from your typical Japanese visual novel.
Developer K Bros Games promises three “truly distinct” endings, which should entice you to play through the game more than once in order to “experience all the hotness”. The vanilla Steam version contains explicit language, sexual themes, and partial nudity, but you can also download the uncensored patch to play the game as the developers intended. Frisky Business is out now on Steam.Published in
